What is freeze-dried candy?
Freeze-drying is a process that removes 99% of the moisture from candy while preserving its flavor. This transforms chewy or hard candies into light, airy, and incredibly crunchy snacks that melt in your mouth.
How long does freeze-dried candy last?
When kept in its original sealed packaging and stored in a cool, dry place, our freeze-dried treats can last up to a year. However, once opened, we recommend consuming them within a week for the best crunch.
Why is my candy crushed or powdery at the bottom?
Because freeze-dried candy is very fragile, some settling or minor breakage may occur during shipping. This 'candy dust' is highly concentrated in flavor and makes a great topping for ice cream or yogurt!
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically process and ship orders within 2-4 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days to arrive at your door.
Are your products allergy-friendly?
While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, all of our candy is processed in a facility that also handles milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please check individual product labels for specific ingredient details.
